Debate takes place in both the Hilton New York and the United Nations International Headquarters.  While the majority of debate takes place at the Hilton New York, opening and closing ceremonies as well as a plenary session prior to closing ceremonies are held at the United Nations International Headquarters, around 2.4 mile away.
