The Hilton New York will host NHSMUN 2012. All conference participants are required to stay at the Hilton during the entire conference unless other arrangements have been made with the Secretary-General. Additionally, each delegation must be accompanied by at least one faculty member.

We recommend that you register with the Hilton as early as possible, as we expect the reserved rooming block to be filled quickly. Rooms that are reserved once that block has filled cannot be guaranteed at the special conference rate.

NHSMUN has established the following rates at the Hilton for conferences attendees. These rates are the base rate, per room, per night, and do not include applicable taxes and fees:
