We are offering two hotels this year:

•      The Emory Conference Center Hotel (http://www.emoryconferencecenter.com/) will be available for $149 per night (plus 12% tax).

•      The Emory Inn will be available at $99 per night (plus 12% tax).

We recommend staying at the Emory Conference Center Hotel for several reasons. The first of which is that all of the rooms have indoor access, improving security. At the Emory Inn, the rooms are accessed by external doors. Faculty Advisors last year requested that we make Emory Conference Center Hotel available this year for that reason. Furthermore, the Conference Center Hotel is a newer building with better amenities.

Schools will be responsible for making their own hotel reservations. To make your reservation call Joan Haddad at the Emory Conference Center Hotel (404-712-6045; jhaddad@ecch.emory.edu) and let her know that you are with the SUSMUN Conference. You will have the option of choosing either the Conference Center Hotel or the Inn. She will make sure that all of your rooms are booked properly under the group rate.
